2. Our company does not accept or accept advance deposits. After confirming your booking, a customer staff will send you a confirmation file. We will also contact you again one week before departure to inform you of the vehicle number and driver/guide information. 本公司不收与预付订金,确认预订服务后会由专人传送确认单及派车单,并且于出发日前一周再次与您联系告知车号与司导资讯
3. For customized itinerary requests, please contact customer service for a personalized itinerary and quote. 如果有客制化行程需求,请恰客服取得专属行程与报价
4.After confirming the charter service, our company will provide a list of recommended accommodations in the area to help customers book accommodations online. If you require our assistance in booking accommodations, a booking fee will apply. 本公司会在确认包车后提供个地区住宿推荐表,以利客户自行上网订购住宿,如需要本公司帮忙预订住宿则需要收取住宿订购费用
5.If you need to cancel your order, please contact customer service 7 days before departure. If the driver/guide are booked fully, we cannot provide further bookings for the chartered car service. 如需要退订单,请于出发日前七天恰客服人员取消预订的包车服务,若遇到当约司导名额额满,恕不再提供预订包车服务
Note of your chartered car包车服务应注意事项:
1.The trip must be completed within the scheduled time; otherwise, an overtime service fee 500TWD per hour will be charged.行程须在表定时间内完成,如未完成会加收超时服务费:
– 5 seat SUV/ 7 seat MPV :9 hours a day | 五人座/七人座:每日九小时
– 9 seat business van: 10 hours per day|九人座商务车:每日十小时
2. If you finish your trip earlier than scheduled, you can discuss with your driver/guide about getting off along the same route as your hotel. You can choose to get off at the night market, shopping mall, or hotel. Please note that we cannot accept price adjustments based on time. 如果提前在表定时间内完成行程,可与司导讨论于沿着酒店顺路的方向下车,可选择夜市,购物城或是酒店下车,恕不接受以时间异价
3. The Price of Chartered car | 包车费用
– Includes: driver and guide service fees, accommodation fees, meal allowance, fuel costs, parking fees, toll fees, legal and qualified commercial vehicle, passenger insurance (NT$5 million coverage per person), one bottle of water per person per day, and an umbrella if necessary. 包含:司导的服务费,住宿费,误餐费,油资,停车费,过路费,合法合格的营业用车,乘客保险(每人五百万台币保额),每人每天一瓶瓶装水以及必要时的雨伞
– Excluded: Accommodation, meals, personal shopping, and entrance fees to attractions.不包含:乘客的住宿费,餐费,私人购物费以及景点门票费
4.Smoking, chewing betel nuts, using drugs, urinating, vomiting, and damaging any equipment inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited. Violators will be charged a cleaning fee of 1500 TWD and will be required to pay compensation based on the original price of the equipment.
车内严禁吸烟,吃槟榔,吸毒,如厕,呕吐以及破坏车辆的任何设备,违规者将收取1500TWD的清洁费并且依照设备的原价索取赔偿
5. The vehicle is equipped with a GPS tracking system to ensure passenger route accuracy and safety. If the trip is found to be inconsistent with the actual route, a new price will be charged. 车内有GPS终端追踪系统保障乘客路线争却且安全,如发现行程与实际路线不相符,将重新定价收取费用
