🟢 Reservation Policy & Terms 服務預訂政策
1. Booking & Inquiries｜預訂與洽詢
如需預訂包車接送服務，請聯絡客服人員，將由專人為您規劃專車服務。

2. Deposit & Cancellation Policy｜訂金與取消規範
確認預訂後，本車隊將收取總額 5% 的預付訂金。收到訂金後將由專人傳送服務確認單。我們將於出發日前一週再次與您聯繫，告知派車車號與司導資訊。取消規定： 於出發日前 7 天（不含出發當日）取消預訂者，訂金將全額退還；於出發日前 7 天內取消者，預付訂金恕不退還。
A 5% deposit of the total fee is required to secure your booking. Once confirmed, our team will send you a service confirmation voucher. Vehicle plate numbers and driver details will be provided one week prior to your departure.Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the departure date are eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the departure date are strictly non-refundable.
3. Custom Route Planning｜客製化用車動線需求
如有特殊用車動線或客製化路線規劃需求，請洽客服人員取得專屬行車規劃與車資報價。

4. Accommodation Referral｜住宿資訊參考說明
本車隊可於確認包車後，免費提供各區域的熱門住宿推薦清單，以利客戶自行上網訂購。請注意：依據台灣觀光法規，本車隊僅提供接送服務，恕不代辦任何境內旅宿訂購與代收房費服務。
Upon request, we can provide a curated list of recommended accommodations for your reference to book online independently. Please note: In compliance with local regulations, we only provide transport services and do not offer hotel booking or reservation agent services.
5. Booking Limits｜預約額滿說明
若需取消或變更訂單，請於出發日前 7 天洽客服人員。由於每日服務車輛名額有限，若遇當日派車及司導名額額滿，恕無法再接受臨時加訂或變更。
For any changes or cancellations, please contact customer service at least 7 days before departure. Please note that availability is limited; if our vehicles and drivers are fully booked, we will not be able to accept further reservations.
🟢 Terms & Conditions of Charter Service 包車服務應注意事項
1. Service Hours & Overtime｜服務時間與超時費用計算
每日包車接送服務須於約定時間內完成；若超出基本服務時間，將依比例加收超時服務費：
- 5人座 SUV / 7人座 MPV： 每日基本服務時間為 9 小時。
- 9人座 商務車（Business Van）： 每日基本服務時間為 10 小時。
The daily charter service must be completed within the scheduled service hours. An additional overtime fee will apply if the service exceeds the following limits:
- 5-Seat SUV / 7-Seat MPV: Up to 9 hours of service per day.
- 9-Seat Business Van: Up to 10 hours of service per day.
2. Early Completion & Drop-off｜行程提早結束與下車說明
若旅客自主提早完成當日計畫，可與司導討論於沿途順路方向之夜市、商場或酒店下車結束服務。請注意，車資乃依據當日調度預約計費，恕不接受因提早結束而要求退還差價或以時間議價。
If you complete your planned activities earlier than expected, you may coordinate with your driver to be dropped off at a night market, shopping mall, or hotel along the return route. Please note that the charter fee is based on the daily vehicle reservation; no refunds or price adjustments will be made for early completion.
3. Breakdown of Fees｜包車費用明細說明
費用包含： 專車車資、司導服務費、司導跨縣市外宿與誤餐津貼、全程油資、過路費、停車費、合法合格營業用車、乘客責任險（每人最高新台幣五百萬元保額）、每人每日瓶裝水一瓶、車內雨具借用。
費用不包含： 旅客本人的酒店住宿費、每日餐飲費用、私人購物支出、各景點門票及活動費用。
Includes: Vehicle rental, professional driver service, driver’s out-of-town lodging and meal subsidies, fuel, highway tolls, parking fees, legally licensed commercial vehicle usage, passenger liability insurance (up to NT$5 million per person), one complimentary bottle of water per person per day, and access to on-board umbrellas.
Excludes: Passenger accommodations, daily meals, personal shopping expenses, and admission tickets to any attractions.
4. On-Board Conduct & Cleaning Fees｜車內環境維護與賠償
車內全面禁止吸菸、嚼食檳榔、吸食任何違禁品、如廁及隨地嘔吐。亦嚴禁破壞車內任何硬體設備。違規者將酌收新台幣 3000 元車內清潔費；若造成硬體損壞，須依原廠修復報價全額賠償。
Smoking, chewing betel nuts, using illegal substances, urinating, vomiting, or damaging any vehicle equipment inside the car is strictly prohibited. Violators will be charged a mandatory cleaning fee of 3000 TWD, and will be held fully liable for the original repair or replacement cost of any damaged equipment.
5. GPS Safety Tracking & Route Re-pricing｜GPS 路線安全判定與重估
服務車輛皆依規定配備 GPS 衛星定位系統，以確保旅客行車動線的準確與乘客安全。實際行車接送停靠點須與預約時約定之區域相符，若臨時變更前往原約定範圍外之區域，將依實際里程重新估價並加收費用
All fleet vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking systems to ensure precise route monitoring and passenger safety. The drop-off locations must align with the agreed areas. If the actual travel route shifts significantly outside the pre-arranged destinations, a re-pricing based on actual mileage will be applied.
